Overview

This website is operated by Geartactix. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy policies.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you may legally buy, own and receive the items you order where you live.

Know your local laws

Laws on knives, firearm parts and accessories, optics and similar gear differ by state, county and city. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. We do not ship some products to certain states, and we cancel any order we cannot lawfully ship and refund it, less the card processing fee, which is not refundable.

Export

We sell for use in the United States only. Some products, including night vision and thermal optics, are controlled by U.S. export law and may not be exported or transferred to a non-U.S. person without the required U.S. government authorization.

Products and pricing

Product descriptions, specifications and images come from the manufacturers, and we do our best to keep them accurate. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at a wrong price or is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or ask for more information before shipping. You agree to give current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information. Payment is collected at checkout.

Safe use

Many products we sell can cause serious injury if misused. Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. You accept all responsibility for how you install, use and store what you buy.

Warranty

Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except for that warranty, products are sold as is, and we disclaim all other warranties to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Geartactix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
