Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date. Items must be new, unused, resellable and in the original unopened packaging. Every return needs a Return Authorization (RA) number from us before it is sent back.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We will email your RA number and the return address, usually by the end of the next business day.
  3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your order confirmation. Packages without an RA number may be refused.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Used items or items with opened packaging
  • Clearance items
  • Special order items

If an item comes back in unacceptable condition, we may refuse it or send it back to you at your expense.

Restocking fee and shipping

  • There is no restocking fee when the return is due to our error, a shipping error or damage in transit.
  • All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Some special-handling items carry a 25% restocking fee and need manufacturer approval. We will tell you before you send the item back.
  • Original and return shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit. You are responsible for return shipping.
  • We cannot issue return labels for hazardous materials such as aerosols, solvents and CO2. Contact us for instructions.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier if you can, take pictures, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Defective items

We are not a warranty repair station and cannot accept returns of defective merchandise. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us and we will help you find the right warranty contact.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected when they arrive. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, less any restocking fee. We will email you if there is a problem with your return.
